I am a retired mechanical engineer. I have owned or worked on British cars since I was 14. For some reason I find myself answering a lot of questions about Lucas electrics. I am also an amateur machinist.
I currently own a 1967 Triumph GT6 Mk1 (in the family since new) and a 1964 Morris Mini Cooper-S (owned by multiple family friends since the late 1960s).
