This car was built for export to Switzerland where it was raced prior to its purchase in Germany by U.S. serviceman Gordon Warren in the late 1960s. Gordon Warren brought the car back to the U.S. in the early 1970s when his service ended. Gordon and the next two owners of the car were family friends.
I purchased this car in 1990 from its then owner in Richmond, VA. It is cosmetically restored with original or period accessories. All original parts not installed have been retained for the use of a future owner.
