This Mini 1000 engine was a great running engine, only removed because the owner wanted a 1275 instead.
A compression test was conducted prior to removal with 130-150 PSI in all cylinders. Did not smoke. Good power. The engine is ready to run.
A few fittings were removed for installation of the 1275 in the Mini 1000 from which it came, including some water fittings, the gearbox/oil pan, fuel pump, carbs, distributor etc., but at this price you can buy all of that and still be money ahead!
