Morris super de-luxe mini minor. It was my brother in law's mum's car from new and only done 58500 miles. I bought it after his Dad died to give to my wife who used to have an old 1963 mini that her Dad (a mechanic) kept on the road for her. It was a bit like Trigger's broom; original in that every part had been changed at some point and even painted an incipid purple to suit her taste at the time.

The Morris Mini by contrast was exactly as it should be; complete and unaltered over all that time. The only problem is rot! This has affected the sills, and area behind the front wheels particularly. The engine is absolutely fine and the garage I took it to got it started by adding petrol direct to the carbs. The carburettor needs a clean and the petrol pump some attention due to old petrol that has been left in it.

Because we have an MG TA taking up the garage space, we will unfortunately have to sell it; hopefully to someone who will do it some justice! It is therefore on eBay and started at only £500.
