I own and operate Acme Speed Shop located in Greenville, SC. I rebuild MG and Triumph engine for street and race, and rebuild SU carbs, I also am VTO wheel dealer, and offer engine rebuilding kits with free tech advice. I've been racing and rebuilding these MGs,and Triumphs for 30 years now. I raced Spitfire, MGBs and Midgets in the SCCA, and now race a MGB in vintage racing.
My specialtiy and what I tend to try to help folks with questions on the forum are topics about engine rebuilding and repair, SU carbs, and wheel and tire fitments.

Most of my involvement with British cars has been with MGBs, Spridgets and Spitfires, so thats what I concentrate on at my shop. At Acme what we mostly do engines, and engine components. We do alot more labor than parts. ...
